Precision Sawing: We use high-accuracy format saws to ensure perfectly square edges and seamless glue lines, critical for the structural longevity of the board.

Surface Planing & Thicknessing: Each board is processed through industrial surface planers and thickness planers to achieve a perfectly calibrated, uniform thickness across the entire surface.

Multi-Stage Sanding: We utilize professional wide-belt sanders and orbital sand grinders to move through progressive grits, resulting in a glass-smooth surface that feels soft to the touch but remains durable.

Natural Protection: Every piece is deeply impregnated with a proprietary blend of natural oils and local beeswax. This non-toxic, food-safe finish saturates the fibers to repel moisture and bacteria from within.
